The final countdown to Education Week 2014 has begun, with just two weeks remaining until this year’s events. EW14 will be hosted by the European Youth Forum (in conjunction with its member organisations) in Brussels from the 5th-7th November.

Held annually, Education Week provides a space for the European Youth Forum and its members to advocate for the right to quality education for all young people in Europe. A variety of events, including high-level panels, roundtables, seminars and discussion workshops will allow for the exchange of views and best practice between key stakeholders.

The week will bring together key stakeholders in the fields of education and youth, including representatives from European institutions, international organisations, social partners, as well as youth & civil society.

The programme will address three main topics:
(1) Policy and practice of quality education for young people
(2) Education, skills and employability of young people
(3) Recognition of non-formal education in youth organisations

Are you interested in attending, or in participating in debate on the future of quality education for young people in Europe? You can register by filling out this form and returning it to Anne Debrabandere no later than October 28th.

The schedule full three-day agenda is available below.

N.B: The European Youth Forum will not be able to cover travel and accommodation costs, and participation in each event is subject to room capacity.
