This week, representatives from over 100 diplomatic missions met in New Delhi, India to discuss the upcoming World Conference on Youth in May. The conference, which will take place in Sri Lanka, will be the first time the conference is hosted in Asia.

The theme of the event is ‘Mainstreaming Youth in the Post 2015 Development Agenda,’ and the conference will take place from 6th -10th May 2014 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Over 1,500 people, including 350 international youth leaders, 150 people from marginalised backgrounds and around 400 young people (two from every country in the world) will be in attendance.
