European Youth Capital 2023 - award ceremony postponed

20/11/2020

Every year, the European Youth Forum announces the next winner of the European Youth Capital title. As we reach the end of the current application process, we have two shortlisted cities in the running for the European Youth Capital 2023.

However, at this time, we regret to announce that the European Youth Capital award ceremony, due to take place on 25th November has been postponed. This difficult decision has been made with the aim of ensuring that the jury has the possibility to fully review all aspects of the applications of the shortlisted cities.

We sincerely apologise for this delay and know there will have been a lot of anticipation and keen expectations, especially from the candidate cities, to hear the announcement next week. We hope that we can count on your understanding during this time, as the European Youth Forum continues to support the Jury in their decision-making process.

We would like to express our thanks to both of our 2023 candidate cities for their hard work and dedication throughout their applications.
