What? The three Belgian National Youth Councils (VJR, CJEF and RDJ) present their common European manifesto in preparation for the European elections.       

The manifesto, which is called “14 wishes for 2014”, is the expression of the most important demands of Belgian children, youth and their organizations for the European policy makers in the next legislative term.
